Set Up Organization Payroll Groups

If you enable this option, LiveIQ displays data by payroll group for payroll processing and PayChex® reports.

You can have multiple groups within an organization.

  1. To set up payroll groups, select Enable Grouping.

  2. To use an existing group, select it from the Group list.

  3. To create a new group, select {Add Group} from the Group list, enter the name in the box, and click Accept .

  4. Select each restaurant that you want to add to the group.

  5. Click Add > to move your selections to Grouped Stores.

  6. Enter values for the other settings and click Save when you are finished. 

  7. Click Save and click Back to List to fill in the other settings later.
